Technology in Every Day Life
Technology can be found anywhere. Usually when people think of technology they think of computers, phones, mp3s, and i-pods. Those products aren't created by the same people. When I think of technology and who invented it I think of Steve Jobs. However Steve Jobs did not invent all of these products.
Computer
Computers were invented by John V. Atanasoff and his assistant Clifford Berry. They did not receive credit for it until about 30 year later because a patent was not made. Many others took credit for invention they had a court trial that proved they were the rightful owners. However John never received any money for his invention. Computers can be purchased almost at any store that has electronics such as Best Buy, Walmart, and Amazon. If you want a specific brand you can buy it on their website. Computers can be priced at different prices depending on what all you can do on them and how much space it has or depending on the brand. The first computer cost around $10,000 to make.
Phones
Phones were invented by Meucci in 1860, he invented the phone while trying to find ways to develop treating illnesses. The price to make the first phone is not known. You can buy a phone depending on its brand, how long it's been out, and all kinds of different things. You can buy a phone at Walmart, Amazon, or if you want a phone for Verizon you can buy one at the store.
I-pod
The first I-pod was made by Steve Jobs in 2001. The cost to produce was a little more than $70. An I-pod cost around $250 and can be purchased at Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon, and the Apple store.

The inventor of the digital watch is Josef Palweber, it was invented in 1956. A digital watch can cost $10 to more than $200 depending on the watch. You can buy a digital almost anywhere such as Walmart, a jewerly store, even Family Dollar.
